CASE MANAGEMENT

Our case management services (CSMs) are divided into two categories--Level I and Level II Intensive, depending on the severity of need at program start. Our CSMs provide the accountability and resources necessary to put a realistic plain in action.

As catalyst for change, our CSMs help our clients to minimize excuses while focusing on solutions that produce results.
